How minutes are counted
What exactly is a minute?
The length of the recording, not how long we take to work through it. Your month is rounded up to the nearest minute once, at the end — never call by call, which would quietly turn a thousand short calls into a thousand extra minutes.
What if a call doesn't come back?
If we got through the recording but not the scoring, those minutes count once — the work was done. Re-running that call is free. If the upload never landed at all, nothing counts.
What happens when we go over?
Nothing stops. Extra minutes bill at your plan's rate on the next invoice, and a running count sits in the app all month so it never arrives as a surprise. We would rather you finish the audit than hit a wall halfway through one.
Can we cancel?
Any time, from your billing page, without emailing anyone or sitting through a retention call. You keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for, and your reports stay in your account afterwards.
Is there a card on the trial?
No card, and nothing to cancel. When the 300 free minutes run out, uploads pause until you pick a plan — everything you already ran stays exactly where it is.
